•Perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large area heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair).
•Complete body repair work using state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection/reconditioning facilities.
•Maintain safe work practices by using required PPE and protective equipment.
•Work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
•Be available to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment including items such as face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and protective garments.
