Job Summary

Assemble complex electrical and/or electronic parts for aerospace applications according to drawings, function plans, and manufacturing documentation. Perform wiring, intermediate electrical/mechanical tests, troubleshooting with other departments, and measurement/inspection to ensure quality and completeness. Document each assembly or repair step in the ERP system, fix defects through part replacement or rework, and carry out scheduled maintenance and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

•Assemble complex electrical and/or electronic components per drawings (e.g., gluing, soldering, crimping, riveting)
•Perform wiring according to functional plans and drawings
•Document assembly and repair steps in the ERP system
•Conduct intermediate electrical/mechanical checks and perform troubleshooting in collaboration with other departments
•Select measurement and test tools for intermediate and final inspections, perform rework/defect fixes, and complete quality assurance

Key Requirements

•Training as an electronics technician or comparable further education
•Practical experience in final assembly, hand soldering, and modifying electronic assemblies and circuit boards
•Good knowledge of electrical engineering
•Experience and knowledge soldering according to ECSS
•Knowledge of reading technical documentation and working with SAP-R3 and MS Office
