Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate actively in system architecture and design discussions; recommend product, process, and tooling improvements.
  • •Analyze business requirements and design, implement, and test application features, including non-functional requirements like performance and scalability.
  • •Deliver through agile development across the SDLC and build reusable code, libraries, and components for future use.
  • •Maintain quality standards: code conventions, code reviews, unit testing, static analysis, and revision control; coordinate testing with QA/QC.
  • •Support and maintain application areas and work across geographies with individual and team collaboration under the Development Manager and Leads.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of strong technical and platform knowledge with software engineering fundamentals (OOP design, structured design, databases, algorithms, data structures, refactoring, debugging, configuration management).
  • •Java experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years developing commercial web applications or services for external customers.
  • •Strong understanding of agile software development methodology and best practices.
  • •Experience with cloud development, preferably AWS and AWS Cloud Products.
