Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand internal processes of key divisions that require services tied to core business activities, and propose improvements to cross-functional process interactions.
  • •Ensure timely processing of purchase orders for required services/materials and follow up on invoicing for issued orders.
  • •Evaluate and request approvals for quotations based on price, quality, compliance, and payment conditions, following internal purchase norms and procedures.
  • •Call for quotations and select suppliers based on technical and commercial requirements from the requesting area.
  • •Review and periodically evaluate supplier performance for critical products and services, and identify opportunities for service agreements with third parties to improve productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in purchasing of industrial goods and services for mining consumables, parts, equipment, and related areas.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite, including Advanced Excel.
  • •Experience working with databases and basic logistics knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of purchasing procedures, supplier management, and negotiation.
  • •University degree in mechanical, industrial, or related engineering.
