Key Responsibilities

  • •Check and enter timewriting data from the Shell IQN system into the Wood Timewriting team.
  • •Validate Fieldglass timewriting against agreed guidelines and review Wood Oracle for unapproved/rejected hours before payroll processing.
  • •Reconcile timewriting data between Wood and Shell IQN systems.
  • •Process holiday approvals and ensure holiday cover is in place when required.
  • •Perform general/contract administration, assist workforce with queries, and support HSSE incident close-out reporting via Shell Sphere to Wood CAIRS.
