Operations Management Trainee

Develop operational leadership by analyzing production performance, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across safety, quality, yield, and efficiency. Troubleshoot operational issues, partner with teams including HR, Maintenance, FSQA, and Accounting, and lead processes or line coverage as needed. Support supervisors with data-driven recommendations, monitor compliance, help plan staffing and production flow, and drive continuous improvement through cost savings and waste reduction.
