•Build strategic sales partnerships with key dental professionals in an assigned territory.
•Achieve revenue growth expectations for dental practices within the territory.
•Sell the Oral Healthcare product portfolio for dental professionals to dispense or use with patients.
•Provide product detailing and brand recommendations (including MOR) using clinical/scientific understanding.
•Drive direct business-to-business selling and meet/exceed direct sales targets; manage customer relationships and order processing in CRM/ERP platforms.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales (or equivalent) or 4+ years of field sales experience.
•Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills with the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
•Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Experience navigating and leveraging CRM and ERP platforms, including Salesforce and SAP.
•Able to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for Sales (with or without accommodation).
