Branch Leader - Connecticut & Nebraska

Lead all aspects of an assigned bank branch, driving performance through coaching and managing teammates while growing branch revenue. You’ll manage business development with small business and mass affluent clients through face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, prospecting, and community involvement. Partner with IRM and operations to ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, risk management, ethics, and required training, and oversee human capital decisions including hiring, reviews, and workforce scheduling.
