Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards and policies.
  • •Verify VINs, mileage, sub-series, and options; accurately document exterior and interior condition and damage.
  • •Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer client lots.
  • •Build trust with dealer clients by delivering consistent inspections and educating clients on mobile inspection services.
  • •Prepare daily activity/production reports and collaborate with Wholesale Specialists and other teams to support client success while meeting safety and production expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required (Level 1) or HS Diploma/GED plus 3+ years related experience (Level 2), or HS Diploma/GED plus 5+ years (Senior Level).
  • •Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
  • •Ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes.
  • •Strong automotive knowledge of body/mechanical components (required for Senior Level).
  • •Ability to conduct accurate vehicle inspections, safely move vehicles on dealer lots, and document details in inspection systems.
