Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, directing mechanics and coordinating preventive maintenance. Track PM completion, minimize unplanned downtime by continuously reviewing plant equipment and systems, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Ensure safety and food safety standards where applicable, schedule staff based on workloads and vacations, and create procedures and facilitate training. Partner with the maintenance team to control budget costs.
