Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead equipment reliability and manufacturing excellence by owning performance metrics (availability, OEE, MTBF/MTTR, cost of ownership) and ensuring equipment stability and readiness.
  • •Deliver daily manufacturing support, manage excursion response, chronic issues, and tool bottlenecks, and optimize capacity and throughput.
  • •Drive quality and risk management through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, risk identification/mitigation, and audit/quality system compliance.
  • •Manage equipment maintenance budgets and lead cost reduction, spare part optimization, and improvements in labor productivity and maintenance efficiency.
  • •Lead equipment installation/startup, technology transfers, new node qualifications, equipment upgrades, and evaluate new technologies and automation solutions; support AI-related guidance for TM usage.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Semiconductor manufacturing experience with Equipment Engineering experience.
  • •People leadership experience and ability to recruit, coach, and develop Equipment Engineers.
  • •Project management capability, including TPM/equipment reliability background and technology transfer experience.
  • •Advanced problem-solving with statistical analysis skills and preferred fab startup experience.
