Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the partner operating cadence including QBRs, joint pipeline reviews, executive check-ins, and partner health/attainment/ROI reporting.
  • •Navigate and resolve channel conflict between partner reps and ServiceUp direct AEs using clear rules of engagement.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing (co-marketing, MDF) and Product (partner-driven roadmap input) and with direct AEs on joint deals.
  • •Represent ServiceUp externally by traveling to partner events, QBRs, and joint customer meetings (~25–40%).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a quota-carrying channel/alliances role (reseller, co-sell, ISV partnerships, or platform marketplace), with experience building partner-sourced pipeline motions.
  • •Program-build experience creating new partnerships and enablement motions (enablement, MDF, deal registration, incentives) from scratch or near-scratch.
  • •Demonstrable co-sell mechanics including deal registration, joint account planning, partner QBRs, and coaching partner sellers.
  • •Track record of consistent attainment (including YoY goal hits) and minimum two-year tenure.
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills, including ability to redline SaaS agreements with legal partners.
