Senior Program Manager, Training Partnerships & Operations

Own Snowflake’s Authorized Training Partner (ATP) program within the PMO + Data team—designing the operating model, enforcing quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. Build and scale a certified partner and instructor network that extends education reach into priority markets while protecting learner experience and brand integrity. Serve as the DRI for program success metrics and partner performance, partnering with Education Operations and regional GTM teams to optimize workflows and operational efficiency.
