Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain ELV BIM models in Autodesk Revit in line with project requirements, BIM standards, and LOD/BEP requirements.
  • •Interpret ELV engineering drawings, specifications, design markups, and design intent and accurately translate them into BIM models.
  • •Prepare and maintain ELV layouts, containment layouts, schematics, sections, details, and project documentation.
  • •Coordinate ELV systems with Electrical, HVAC, PHE, Architectural, and Structural disciplines and participate in multidisciplinary coordination to identify clashes early.
  • •Run clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and Revizto, perform model quality checks, and update models with design changes and engineering comments within timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant ELV BIM/Revit experience.
  • •Strong practical experience in Revit-based ELV modelling and working on building and/or Data Center, Healthcare, Sports Arena projects.
  • •Experience interpreting ELV engineering drawings, specifications, markups, and design intent and translating them into accurate BIM models.
  • •Proven ability to prepare and maintain ELV layouts, containment layouts, schematics, sections, details, and documentation.
  • •Experience working across different design stages, preferably from Design Development through IFC.
