Key Responsibilities

  • •Support PLM with strategic planning for the product line, aligning with sales, engineering, finance, and operations.
  • •Own profit and loss accountability for the CYME Software offering to meet revenue and margin objectives.
  • •Define strategic marketing direction for new features/modules and execute product launches based on customer needs and competitor positioning.
  • •Be the voice of the customer by setting expectations, goal weightings, and targets with division functions and sales/channel organizations.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, proposal manager, and PMO on RFXs (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and develop, deploy, and execute pricing strategy with PLM.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • •Strong technical background related to CYME power engineering software.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management, technical sales or marketing, or engineering.
  • •Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship, now and in the future.
  • •Ability to travel up to 20%, including some international travel.
