Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate cost consultancy activities including feasibility estimating, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation and evaluation, value engineering, commercial management, fee generation, dispute resolution, and post-contract administration.
  • •Promote a safe and secure working environment aligned with organisational values and culture.
  • •Foster team engagement, collaboration, and high performance through effective communication, coaching, and performance management practices.
  • •Provide technical evaluation, analysis, and problem-solving support, including guidance to team members and project stakeholders.
  • •Communicate project scope, responsibilities, and expectations clearly to support effective project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • •Degree or HNC-level qualification.
  • •Proven track record delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services in the MEP space.
  • •Experience delivering MEP elements of work for clients, with knowledge of the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below).
  • •Ability to manage and prioritise more than one project at a time, using digital software for cost management services.
