Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform monthly close activities for the lessor lease portfolio, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
  • •Apply ASC 842 lease classification and ensure correct initial and subsequent measurement.
  • •Maintain and reconcile lease subledger to the general ledger, including net investment in lease/receivable, residual, deferred interest, and deferred revenue accounts.
  • •Administer and validate lease accounting within Odessa, including commencement, modifications, and terminations.
  • •Support CECL reserve analysis and collaborate on audit requests with well-documented workpapers.

Key Requirements
