Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Applied AI Engineers for large enterprise customers.
  • •Own the quality and impact of solution design and implementation, including production readiness, adoption, and expansion.
  • •Coach engineers through architecture and evaluation decisions across model selection, reliability, latency, safety, security, governance, and cost.
  • •Establish an account prioritization and engagement operating model based on customer needs, strategic value, technical complexity, and repeatable impact.
  • •Serve as a senior technical escalation point during critical launches, production incidents, complex integrations, and high-stakes customer decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience managing customer-facing technical teams (e.g., Applied AI Engineers, Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers).
  • •Built or led teams implementing complex software, data, machine learning, or AI systems in enterprise environments.
  • •Maintain sufficient technical depth to evaluate architectures and guide decisions on evaluations, reliability, safety, security, governance, privacy, and operational readiness.
  • •Experience taking AI/ML systems from prototype to production and operating within reliability, observability, cost, and security constraints.
  • •Experience designing operating models and repeatable delivery processes for enterprise technical organizations while navigating ambiguity and escalations.
