Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
  • •Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and coordinate promptly with kitchen and bar staff.
  • •Serve food and beverages timely and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and professional tableside service.
  • •Check back during meals, address concerns, maintain dining-area cleanliness, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience in a wait/restaurant role.
  • •2 years relevant working experience.
  • •2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •High School Diploma in a food and beverage related course.
  • •Strong ability to take accurate orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system while serving professionally.
