Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish overall project success criteria, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • •Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues across the project.
  • •Identify and manage project risks and establish project governance, processes and systems.
  • •Develop and ensure production of detailed project plans and formal progress reports.
  • •Manage change control, project finances, procurement advice for contractors/consultants, and lead interfacing with clients and consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field or project management, or relevant building services and construction industry experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
  • •Ability to deliver projects autonomously with senior support.
  • •Experience managing full-cycle delivery of technical building services projects (e.g., HVAC, electrification, chillers, electrical/mechanical).
  • •Strong stakeholder management and ability to understand and communicate client key requirements.
