Ground and Cutting Management Supervisor

Oversee all drill cuttings handling, ground preparation, and pad construction to support drilling operations at the Florence Copper site. Lead and coordinate ground operations crews, manage cuttings from generation through placement and final disposition, and ensure compliance with site permits and regulations. Plan daily field activities, provide field oversight and job execution, operate heavy equipment as needed, and maintain accountability for crew performance, equipment condition, and job quality.
