Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as main contact for employee and manager HR questions and provide mentorship on policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programs.
  • •Support managers with performance-related documentation and corrective action processes, and handle employee relations matters and investigations.
  • •Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities, including processing employee status changes and HR transactions while maintaining accurate records.
  • •Support performance management activities (annual reviews and goal-setting) and coordinate employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
  • •Complete HR projects and improve HR processes; generate HR metrics and reports and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •2–3 years of progressive HR experience.
  • •Experience supporting multiple HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • •Ability to manage a high-volume workload, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Working knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines, with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
