Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform tax outreach tasks as part of BAU delivery.
  • •Work with SMEs on knowledge transfer, process documentation, and building controls to ensure smooth BAU operations.
  • •Support testing and validation efforts arising from system conversions.
  • •Create and publish MIS reports on exceptions and risks, identifying opportunities to improve and drive changes.
  • •Ensure audit readiness by keeping SOPs and governance documents updated after technology/process changes; coordinate OpEx initiatives and training/onboarding improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •8–15 years of experience in operations delivery, with strong ability to understand and drive front-to-back workflow.
  • •Experience in US/international tax operations and tax documentation, including W-8/W-9, FATCA, and CRS forms.
  • •Knowledge of financial markets and products across asset classes including FX, interest rate, equity, commodity, and credit.
  • •Proficiency with Excel operations and exceptional numerical accuracy with strong attention to procedural adherence.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and manage internal/external relationships across regions and functions.
