Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and support the RIDGID® and Greenlee® product portfolio with end users across electrical, mechanical, utility, plumbing, industrial, and construction markets.
  • •Build and maintain relationships throughout the customer organization, including tradespeople, supervisors, safety leaders, purchasing professionals, project teams, and business owners.
  • •Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational presentations while communicating the Faster-Safer-Easier value proposition.
  • •Develop and execute territory and key account plans to increase product specification, adoption, and standardization.
  • •Document demonstrations, training, opportunities, presentations, and expenses in designated reporting and CRM tools, and share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Experience with tool applications and strong mechanical aptitude related to electrical, utility, plumbing, or similar tools, with strong preference for electrical systems knowledge.
  • •Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages.
  • •Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Proven track record of achieving goals and sales objectives, with strong time and territory management; must be able to travel 50%.
