Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, prepare, and execute Sunday experiences and campus events.
  • •Recruit, onboard, train, encourage, and support volunteers using continuous development strategies.
  • •Schedule volunteers for NextGen events and weekly gatherings to ensure appropriate coverage.
  • •Provide leadership during Sunday programming by welcoming families, supporting volunteers, and answering questions.
  • •Develop and improve curriculum experiences and practical tools, systems, and projects to strengthen NextGen across campuses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or 2 years’ experience in a youth ministry.
  • •Experience overseeing and developing both staff and lay leaders in ministry.
  • •Experience working in a multi-site church.
  • •Ability to recruit, develop, identify, and multiply high-capacity volunteers.
  • •Strong written and spoken communication skills and an enthusiastic, high-EQ leadership style.
