VP, CRE Relationship Manager

Originate, structure, underwrite, and manage commercial and/or residential real estate loans, using strong credit analysis and an understanding of collateral, market conditions, and property performance. Build long-term relationships and grow new lending opportunities through business development and referral networks with borrowers, developers, brokers, attorneys, CPAs, and investors. Partner with credit, underwriting, legal, appraisal, and closing teams to prepare credit memorandums, monitor portfolio performance, and support renewals and refinancing.
