Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and execute global testing strategies while integrating AI-driven tools and analytics to automate test case generation and optimize coverage.
  • •Plan and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle (Data/Dry Run, Functional, and UAT) across integrated SAP environments and global sites.
  • •Assemble and guide international testing teams, governing tools and aligning technical AI testing tools with business end-users.
  • •Lead daily data-driven defect triage, prioritize resolutions, and advocate on Go-Live readiness decisions.
  • •Synchronize test execution in hybrid project environments, managing verification cycles across milestones and SAFe/Agile sprint planning while coordinating stakeholders and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production/Logistics, or a related technical field.
  • •Extensive experience in complex SAP development/deployment or large-scale Quality Assurance, ideally in Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense.
  • •Practical experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics to optimize processes and automate software testing.
  • •Solid understanding of core SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM), end-to-end workflows, and familiarity with S/4HANA transitions.
  • •Mastery of project management with hands-on experience in SAFe/Agile frameworks, plus resilient leadership and fluent English (German and/or French as an advantage).
