Key Responsibilities

•Provide managed services to keep clients' IT infrastructure and systems operational by monitoring and catching errors quickly.
•Investigate and resolve first-line technical incidents and problems using approved procedures and escalate when necessary.
•Fulfill requests using telephonic support, ITSM tickets, or chat support, following SOPs and documenting outcomes.
•Perform maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes and ensure smooth shift handovers.
•Identify optimization opportunities, including reducing common incidents and finding automation possibilities for request fulfillment and resolution.

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of networking and security technologies such as Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Juniper (Virtual), Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, and Cisco Nexus switches and ASr/ISr routers.
•Strong ability to handle tickets day-to-day and act promptly according to defined SOPs.
•Ability to resolve incidents and requests using knowledge articles and provided SOPs where available.
•Good understanding of ITSM tools and ITSM processes.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
