Manage a 10–15 person engineering team, setting short- and long-term area goals and ensuring delivery of business and operational objectives. Oversee team work, validate results, optimize structure and processes, and support skills development through training. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, monitor the team budget, and ensure quality and adherence to procedures in solutions supporting aviation and defense safety.
