Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Provide service and customer support during field visits.
•Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
•Repair showers and tubs and fix plumbing leaks.
•Wrap windows; painting and staining; install shower doors; replace window sashes; replace interior trim work.
•Taping and mudding of sheet rock and drywall patching; Siding and shingle installation; general caulking and cleaning; produce timely and detailed service reports

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly
