Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an interdisciplinary development team covering Software, Hardware, and Mechanical Engineering for HMI, EAS & MD products.
  • •Act as the technical interface between the customer and the development team to ensure aligned communication and requirements.
  • •Own technical management of automotive product development across the project lifecycle, including system requirements and product system architecture.
  • •Coordinate technical activities across development and production interfaces, supporting modifications, optimizations, and corrective actions.
  • •Support launch of new series product variants and help prepare testing and assembly processes while monitoring resources, schedules, and budgets.

Key Requirements
