Key Responsibilities

  • •Own development and deployment of Air Dominance & Strike technologies in partnership with the Chief Engineer to meet Department of Defense operational needs.
  • •Develop and maintain DoD customer relationships with tight feedback loops to rapidly iterate and field solutions faster.
  • •Execute on broad and/or ambiguous requirements from internal engineering, customers, and third-party partners to deliver outcomes across multiple programs simultaneously.
  • •Monitor and manage program progress across cost, schedule, and resource allocation, making tradeoffs to deliver best-in-class solutions on-time and on-budget.
  • •Develop lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning, scope, risk management, and customer communication; serve as a trusted advisor to engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (technical background preferred).
  • •Minimum 5 years managing development of complex technical systems throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Proven track record managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects and delivering on-time and on-budget.
  • •Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams within a complex engineering or technology-focused organization.
