Design experiences across insurance, payments, claims, and investments while evolving the design system, iterating with feedback and usability testing, and ensuring accessibility and responsive consistency across devices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
•Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
•Create intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
•Maintain and evolve BJAK’s design system to ensure consistency across products.
•Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver accurate, pixel-perfect implementation and iterate using feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience designing digital products, focused on mobile applications.
•Strong portfolio showing exceptional visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship.
•Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping with modern design workflows.
•Strong understanding of mobile-first principles, iOS & Android platform guidelines, and responsive layouts.
•Good UX fundamentals including information architecture and user-centred design, with the ability to simplify complex user journeys.
