Key Responsibilities

  • •Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
  • •Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
  • •Create intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
  • •Maintain and evolve BJAK’s design system to ensure consistency across products.
  • •Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver accurate, pixel-perfect implementation and iterate using feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience designing digital products, focused on mobile applications.
  • •Strong portfolio showing exceptional visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping with modern design workflows.
  • •Strong understanding of mobile-first principles, iOS & Android platform guidelines, and responsive layouts.
  • •Good UX fundamentals including information architecture and user-centred design, with the ability to simplify complex user journeys.
