Job Summary

Perform customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews, verifying identity, ownership, and source-of-wealth information in line with KYC/AML guidelines. Monitor transaction history and conduct periodic reviews to detect changes and potential risks. Maintain accurate KYC records, complete risk assessments and escalate out-of-tolerance activity, including filing Suspicious Activity Reports. Communicate with customers and uphold KPI-driven performance within regulated privacy and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct initial and ongoing CDD/EDD reviews and verify customer information against KYC/AML guidelines, including identity documents, registries, beneficial ownership, and source of wealth.
•Review customer transaction history and perform periodic reviews to identify risk indicators and changes in account usage.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date KYC records while complying with data privacy regulations and internal security protocols.
•Perform and document customer risk assessments, escalate activities exceeding internal risk tolerance, and file Suspicious Activity Reports with documentation.
•Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat and support KPI-driven team performance through training and internal/external events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: HUF 675,000 - 750,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of operations experience, preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or compliance roles.
•Basic knowledge of global KYC/AML compliance regulations and standards.
•Ability to take decisions using a risk-based approach and apply internal risk tolerance standards.
•Strong written and verbal English skills, with clear communication and interpersonal skills.
•Flexible to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
