RISK ENGINEERING LOB MANAGER

Lead the Risk Engineering team in Milan, setting and executing the strategy for construction and corporate client risks in the Italian market. Steer the local portfolio to achieve financial targets, ensure underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines are followed, and maintain underwriting discipline in line with corporate rules and regulatory requirements. Partner with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims, and other product lines to drive marketing strategies, cross-selling, product development, and business acquisition/retention.
