Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with NPI teams to ramp production and drive process improvements across multi-functional groups at worldwide manufacturing sites.
  • •Ensure compliance to DFx requirements for robust signal integrity (layout, mechanical components, and assembly procedures).
  • •Develop and deliver test specifications for system-level manufacturing screens to meet HW coverage and quality requirements.
  • •Drive alternate component qualifications and update BOMs; collaborate with CM to define assembly line setup and optimize cost/throughput.
  • •Use volume data analysis and lab experimentation to solve yield and test problems, and lead continuous improvement to meet test time, yield, and DPPM targets.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS degree in EE/CE or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Strong EE fundamentals with knowledge/experience in GPU and/or CPU development, system architecture, high-speed interconnects, memories (HBM, GDDR), system reliability, and server RAS features.
  • •Knowledgeable in statistics, timing analysis, and fault analysis.
  • •Strong communication and organization skills, with independent project drive and logical problem-solving.
