Key Responsibilities

  • •Run worldwide order and shipment flows, reviewing demand and supply and issuing EDI purchase orders to the turnkey partner.
  • •Resolve order, shipment, and customs issues with Sales, Order Management, and logistics partners across NA, EMEA, APAC, and Japan.
  • •Own COGS for print, production, and distribution; approve freight and vendor invoices; issue monthly invoices for entities.
  • •Lead quarter-end closure activities including excess-and-obsolete reserves, inventory reconciliation, and returns management.
  • •Manage product launch setup for new perpetual, subscription, and POSA SKUs and ensure readiness and schedule adherence, while maintaining compliance (SOX, tax and environmental reporting, and vendor audits).

Salary: USD 95,100 - 195,900 annually

  • •Solid experience in supply chain, production planning, or distribution operations.
  • •Hands-on SAP (S/4HANA) and EDI order-to-cash knowledge.
  • •Comfort managing COGS, freight, and invoices.
  • •Careful, accurate approach to compliance and audit (SOX a plus).
