Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop positioning, messaging frameworks, value narratives, and launch plans for assigned product areas, supporting cross-functional alignment for releases.
  • •Develop and manage webinars, newsletters, in-product communications, onboarding materials, and campaign assets to help customers adopt and realize value.
  • •Create a high volume of customer-facing and internal enablement assets, translating technical workflows into clear customer value.
  • •Gather and synthesize customer feedback, competitive signals, market trends, and usage data to inform messaging, launch priorities, and adoption programs.
  • •Develop practical enablement materials for Sales, Customer Success, Adoption, and partners, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing for field readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions marketing, or related B2B SaaS work.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience developing positioning, messaging frameworks, launch plans, customer-facing content, and sales enablement for technical products or complex workflows.
  • •Proven ability to lead product or feature launches and manage complex cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
  • •Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers, sellers, and internal stakeholders.
