Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and control logistics operations, directing shipment clearance and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments for on-time delivery.
  • •Arrange shipment arrangements and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • •Develop reports and operational procedures for products/material movements, personnel movements, and logistics issues.
  • •Assess existing logistics operations systems and advise corrective measures; support designing and developing standard operating methods.
  • •Ensure shipment movement is safe (no damage to works/workforce/public), communicate shipment status to stakeholders, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant logistics experience.
  • •Knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics operations and import/export documentation.
  • •Computer literacy in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Good communication skills, including experience communicating cross-culturally.
