Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategize and lead global Wet Process productivity, yield, quality, and cost improvement through process optimization and new/FOAK chemistry & technology qualification.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to drive breakthrough defect reduction and improve particle removal efficiency.
  • •Develop and implement roadmaps for process and hardware CIP implementation, emphasizing safety, defect reduction, cost efficiency, scale, quality, and sustainability.
  • •Work with suppliers and global facilities to establish equipment start-up acceptance criteria and tool service requirements for new tools and requirements.
  • •Improve tool efficiency and utilization via benchmarking and pathfinding solutions, including IoT sensor setup to strengthen defense lines and prevent excursions.

  • •Proven process and hardware improvement/development experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically within Wet Process.
  • •Developing and implementing hardware CIP roadmaps and equipment start-up acceptance criteria.
