Job Summary

Lead the enterprise technology resiliency program by governing and continuously improving disaster recovery, backup & recovery, point-in-time recovery, cyber recovery, observability, and capacity management standards. Execute the resiliency governance framework, run assessments and compliance reviews, document remediation plans, and maintain executive reporting using scorecards and dashboards. Partner across Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SRE, Enterprise Architecture, Risk, Internal Audit, and Business Continuity to ensure controls are effective, compliant, and audit-ready, while mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute the enterprise Technology Resiliency Governance framework and support resiliency policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation.
•Ensure consistent implementation of resiliency standards across technology organizations and facilitate governance forums, working groups, and steering committees.
•Oversee disaster recovery, backup & restore, point-in-time recovery (PiTR), cyber recovery, recovery testing, capacity management, and observability/monitoring standards.
•Lead governance reviews and assessments, including resiliency assessments, standards compliance reviews, recovery plan quality reviews, and exception/waiver reviews; document findings and remediation plans.
•Develop enterprise reporting (scorecards, dashboards, RTO/RPO/PiTR compliance, KRIs/KPIs) and coordinate governance support for Internal/External Audit and regulatory examinations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
•7+ years of experience in technology governance, IT risk, disaster recovery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or operational resilience.
•2–4 years of experience leading teams or major cross-functional initiatives.
•Experience working within a large, highly regulated organization, preferably financial services.
•Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
