Key Responsibilities

•Own the Lifecycle: drive hardware programs from EVT through DVT and PVT to production, hitting milestones without compromising quality.
•Bridge the Gap with JDM Partners: act as the primary technical voice with partners on core system architecture and build schedules.
•Champion the "How" and "When": lead program reviews, surface risks early, and ensure clear goals across the team.
•The Ultimate Collaborator: work with mechanical and firmware engineers on design reviews and validation plans.
•Operational Orchestration: coordinate with supply chain and deployment teams to ready manufacturing and scale.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Able to read schematics, understand PCB layout fundamentals, and participate in system architecture discussions and tradeoffs.
•Solid understanding of the hardware development process (design, bring-up, validation, and manufacturing).
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to track multiple workstreams and keep programs moving forward.
•Take ownership of work with a proactive approach to open issues, risks, and dependencies.
