Job Summary

Own the product deployment process for the Production site by coordinating with GPD Hub, customer front-end teams, and the customer program leader to ensure timely product setup and first order readiness. Lead product-line expertise across item setup, spec/artwork usage, sampling and test orders, troubleshooting, and profitability analysis. Manage local and global pricing, intercompany price management, quote letters, and liaise between local GPD and the global sampling & product deployment hub.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the product deployment process for the Production site to support first order readiness.
•Act as a product development expert for a given product line, using technical knowledge and global repositories to execute local item setup.
•Ensure manufacturing teams receive required specs, color standards, and work instructions to support quality and lean production.
•Administer product sampling and test orders; support production troubleshooting on first orders.
•Manage profitability analysis and create/maintain local and global price proposals, price lists, quote letters, and intercompany price management within LATAM sites.

Key Requirements

•Advanced English to keep a business conversation.
•Degree in Industrial Designer, Industrial Engineer, or a related field.
•0–2 years of experience in product development in manufacturing; experience managing customers on product development, pricing, and technical support.
•Analytical mindset for roadmaps and numerical problems.
•Strong technical aptitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
