Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise engineering staff (SB06 and SB07) including work assignment, performance evaluation, coaching, and corrective action as required.
  • •Manage engineering production schedules by balancing resources and monitoring milestone deliverables for on-time, accurate engineering output.
  • •Assign and prioritize custom orders based on individual skill sets, workload, and order complexity.
  • •Support new product and customer-specific custom design efforts and develop standard configurations.
  • •Identify and implement design improvements to enhance performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost while ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field from an accredited institution.
  • •Two (2) years of experience leading or supervising a technical, operations, or engineering team.
  • •Four (4) years of technical/engineering experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (preferred).
  • •Experience with power distribution products such as Low Voltage Switchgears or within the electrical industry (preferred).
