Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Developer Intelligence solutions focused on engineering telemetry, observability instrumentation, and AI-assisted tooling.
  • •Design testable, maintainable software components by analyzing developer workflows and SDLC feedback loops.
  • •Build and maintain subsystems that collect, correlate, and operationalize data from CI/CD, source control, testing infrastructure, and developer workflows.
  • •Write stable, performant code integrating AI tools into daily workflows, including automated code reviews, software validation, and incident triaging.
  • •Collaborate in design reviews, identify and resolve operational bottlenecks through automation, and mentor peers through code reviews and platform architecture knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of professional software development experience delivering complex components independently.
  • •Proficiency in Go and professional experience with Python for telemetry pipelines and AI workflows.
  • •Experience with data pipelines and engineering telemetry/observability (logs, metrics, traces) or developer metrics frameworks.
  • •Experience embedding AI models/LLM APIs or automated orchestration into software pipelines or triaging workflows, plus cloud development on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
