Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and oversee business development strategies, research management, and support cross-functional departments to drive company growth initiatives.
  • •Provide strategic input on the probability of successful pursuits and estimated ROI, and direct pipeline reporting, analysis, and opportunity database development.
  • •Oversee analytical review of RFPs to identify and capture operational requirements and communicate them to relevant business areas.
  • •Lead team-wide planning and proposal kickoffs, including developing win themes and risks, and creating detailed proposal control documents and tools.
