Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and receive equipment and materiel turn-ins from U.S. Army units in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Verify turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness, conduct visual inspections, apply condition codes, and tag unserviceable, reparable, or excess items.
  • •Maintain timely and accurate property accountability records in Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP) and assist with inventory reconciliation and discrepancy research.
  • •Safely store, stage, and organize equipment in warehouse/yard areas, operating forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
  • •Support audits, Property Accountability Reviews (PARs), inspections, and coordinate with unit supply personnel and other teams to resolve documentation and discrepancy issues.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred and basic proficiency in English (reading and writing).
  • •2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience in an Army or contractor environment.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply/property functions and familiarity with turn-in and property accountability operations.
  • •Working knowledge of Army supply and property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
  • •Ability to interpret supply documentation (DA and DD forms) and use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); must have REAL ID and be able to obtain/maintain CAC and Tier 1/NACI (Public trust).
