Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the cash digitisation strategy aligned to customer needs, regulatory expectations, and business objectives.
  • •Lead product management, design, and development of cash digitisation roadmap, digital KIOSK channel roadmap, international transfers initiatives, and new partnerships.
  • •Build intuitive, secure, and personalised digital journeys across platforms using data analytics, customer feedback, and UX best practices.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Information Security, and DevOps to ensure secure, scalable, high-performing digital platforms; drive agile delivery and manage product backlogs.
  • •Own KPIs for digital transactions and cash IN/cash out cost optimisation; ensure product adoption across customer segments and engage compliance/risk/SBP stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in digital banking, fintech, or digital product leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field; MBA or master’s preferred.
  • •Proven track record launching and scaling digital products in banking or financial services.
  • •Expertise in digital product development and digital channels, including UX/UI and agile delivery.
  • •Knowledge of open APIs and emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud, and open banking.
