Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage departmental filing needs on a daily basis.
  • •Prepare export shipments using parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, OHL) and freight forwarders.
  • •Understand and follow hazmat export rules and procedures, primarily for lithium.
  • •Create and manage export documents to support timely delivery of international shipments.
  • •Support shipment accuracy, timely action, and sound follow-up while working across office and warehouse environments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in warehouse shipping.
  • •Global logistics experience is a plus.
  • •Ability to understand and follow hazmat export rules and procedures (mostly lithium).
  • •Experience creating and managing export documents for international shipments.
