Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor IATA-related financial obligations, including remittance deadlines and billing notices, to prevent defaults or suspensions.
  • •Oversee transaction processing, ADM/ACM disputes, billing reconciliation, and refund submissions via BSP Link.
  • •Investigate and resolve billing or transaction discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and IATA support.
  • •Reconcile BSP statements with Finance, manage agency debit/credit memos, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • •Lead annual IATA submissions and act as the main contact during audits/inspections while ensuring ISO/SOP compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in IATA BSP Link operations, ADM/ACM processes, and airline ticketing.
  • •Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre) and IATA regulations with billing/compliance focus.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Ability to resolve billing/transaction discrepancies accurately and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
